Last month, the Maryland General Assembly presented Eric Rasch, Operations Manager of the Silver Spring Civic Building at Veterans Plaza with an official citation in recognition of his contributions to the greater Silver Spring community and his leadership and stewardship of the Silver Spring Civic Center.
