        CUPF has assigned an entire group of staff primarily dedicated to managing inquiries and information received by phone, email, and MC311 service requests.

        Staff are available to deliver direct one-on-one personal support for user group representatives, potential user groups, and our partners such as MCPS, Libraries, Recreation, etc. needing information, assistance with reservations, account management, and more!

        Quick Tips & Helpful Hints Navigating CUPF Blog Posts

        Please note that while the same functionality is built into both the desktop version as well as the mobile version, the information displays differently. The format for the mobile version is designed to be more adaptable to devices with smaller screens. Some may find it easier to navigate in the desktop version vs. the mobile. There are differences. Either may be used. It may be more about personal viewing preference.

        In general:

        At any time, if you wish to return to the 'home page' of the blog, click the top graphic that has the community use bridge logo and pictures (top of the page). That will take you to the beginning where you can scroll through each article.

        At the top of the home page there is a general search bar where you may type a keyword and hit search to find posts/articles related to your keyword.

        In the right column of all pages there are the following tools:
        • Important phone numbers to reach CUPF
        • Link to our website
        • Link to our eportal to request reservation
        • List of categories to filter posts/articles
        • How to create a new account in ActiveMONTGOMERY
        At the bottom of the home page, you will see a link titled 'Older Posts" which takes you to a list of additional posts/articles.

        At the bottom of the page within a post/article, you will also find a link back to our home page.
