We have some important notes below regarding online navigation and account management related to login ID and password for personal and organizational accounts during the scheduling software transition effective May 2, 2022:

Navigate online reservations, effective May 2, 2022:

Continue to make reservations at ActiveMONTGOMERY.org. CUPF user groups should navigate that web page as such:

  • Use the picture cubes to get to where you need to go
  • Click FACILITIES
  • Then choose from the next screen, and click on GYMNASIUM, or MEETING ROOM, FIELDS, etc. as appropriate
  • Then choose from the next screen, and click on SCHOOL, LIBRARY, etc. as appropriate and the date range (through June 21 or June 22 forward)
  • This will lead you to the correct log-in page for reserving space

Login credentials for all community user groups:

Between May 2 and June 21, 2022, all user groups wishing to access online accounts will need a separate login and password for the current scheduling software, and another for the new scheduling software.

If you cannot access your account in the NEW RecTrac software, please click here to send your name, address, email and telephone. Staff will research your account information and forward your login and temporary password to your email.

If you are a new user of public facilities, please utilize the resource links below to create an account in the NEW RecTrac software:

Login credentials for organization accounts:

The CURRENT software system requires that you each individual have a login/password, and individuals are then linked to organization accounts as an ‘authorized user’ to reserve space on behalf of the organization.

The NEW software system will require that each organization have ONE single login and password for the organization’s account access. Each organization must have one representative listed on the account as the primary point-of-contact and responsible person for all permits. Access to organization accounts will be determined by the organization—you may give out the login and password if you choose, but the primary representative within the organization will be responsible to ensure the terms and conditions of use for all permits reserved.
