Childcare providers licensed by the Maryland State Department
of Education (MSDE) are selected by schools via a competitive process to
provide before and after-school Childcare programs. Rooms used are agreed upon
between the school and the provider. Upon agreement, CUPF creates a contract
document containing reservations for scheduling and billing purposes. Monthly
payment plans are available. Childcare in schools may only be provided by
vendors selected as a result of the competitive process. Additional space needs
outside of the above agreement must be reserved as Priority VII Use, General
Public (see details herein for more information on reserving space as ‘general
public’.
