Fees - MCG Montgomery County Government Indoor and Outdoor Facilities

The Interagency Coordinating Board (ICB) determines and approves all facility use permitting fees for Community Use of Public Facilities (CUPF). Note that fees apply for ALL the time a facility is occupied, including time needed for set-up, clean-up, and participants' vacating of the premises. Before proceeding with reserving a County facility, it is imperative to review the User Guidebook for County Government Facilities to obtain details, restrictions, reservation processes, and more. Below are the fees set by the ICB effective the Fiscal Year 2026:

    User Guidebook for Government Facilities

CUPF's User Guidebook for Government Facilities is a resource outlining what county government facilities may be used for, what is expected of community user groups, how to reserve County facilities, and what to expect when using a County-owned facility.

Updates are made frequently as necessary. Please stay informed of changes, as this will help you and your group have the best possible experience. The most up-to-date copy of this guidebook, including the Facility Use License Agreement (FULA), is attached to each reservation or contract document containing reservations processed by CUPF.
