‼️Important Update‼️| Double Charges on ActiveMONTGOMERY Payment Plans

The Office of Community Use of Public Facilities was made aware of a processing issue that affected some of our ActiveMONTGOMERY customers with a payment plan scheduled for Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Customers with a payment plan scheduled for Oct. 1 may have been charged twice. 

Refunds for any overcharges have been processed. No action is needed at this time. The duplicate charge refund will be reflected on your card within the next 2-5 business days. If you have not received a refund by Wednesday, October 15, please contact info@activemontgomery.org.
