You may have received an email from ActiveMONTGOMERY with a login ID and password, asking you to log into the new software and change the password.
At this time, CUPF is NOT using the new software. However, both Montgomery Parks and Montgomery County Department of Recreation are using the new software.
CUPF plans to join Montgomery Parks and County Recreation on Monday, May 2, 2022.
If your account is strictly for use of reserving facilities through CUPF, such as school buildings, school fields, library meeting rooms, and other County buildings, you may hold onto the email you received and work to reset your password at a later time. There is no immediate need to do this.
If you also use facilities or need to register for classes and activities with Parks or Recreation, you will need to change your password immediately in order to have access to do so.
Once you do reset your password in the new software, please be sure to keep your old log-in and password handy, as you’ll need that when booking space with CUPF.
As CUPF gets closer to launching the new software for the facilities in which we issue permits, we will reach out to you with additional information, for certain.
In the meantime, please continue to make reservations at ActiveMONTGOMERY.org. CUPF user groups should navigate that web page as such:
- Use the picture cubes to get to where you need to go
- Click FACILITIES
- Then choose from the next screen, and click on GYMNASIUM, or MEETING ROOM, FIELDS, etc. as appropriate
- Then choose from the next screen, and click on SCHOOL, LIBRARY, etc. as appropriate
- This will lead you to the correct log-in page for the current ActiveNet software that you’ve been using since 2016
- Log in with your OLD log-in and password
- Navigate as usual to view and or make a reservation request
