Outdoor basketball courts are available for reservation at 15 public school locations. Reservation requests may be submitted online via ActiveMONTGOMERY. A valid login for ActiveMONTGOMERY is required. If you do not have an account, you may create one online when visiting the site.
Court availability:
- Weekends and Holidays: Sunrise to Sunset
- Weekdays: After the school day hours end until Sunset
Effective immediately, we will accept reservation requests for use of the following 15 MCPS Outdoor Basketball Courts, with seven day advance notice:
- Argyle MS
- Baker MS
- Cabin John MS
- Clemente MS
- Eastern MS
- Farquhar MS
- Forest Oak MS
- Gaithersburg HS
- Key MS
- Kingsview MS
- Parkland MS
- Poole MS
- Silver Creek MS
- Sligo MS
- White Oak MS
All County and State COVID guidelines are required to be observed during the activity.
Due to the impact the pandemic has had on student education, MCPS continues to formulate plans for summer education. As a result, indoor and outdoor spaces at schools may not be available to permit during the standard school day operating hours this summer. Currently, reservation requests for summer use of school buildings, fields, tennis courts, parking lots and outdoor basketball courts will not be accepted for hours of use that school would normally be in session during the school year. We will continue to keep the community informed as more information becomes available.___________
