Per directive of the Montgomery County Interagency Coordinating Board (ICB) priority is given to groups requesting space in the following order, when submitted by established deadlines:
1. Primary
tenant to include County agencies, offices, and departments,
2. Government
administrative bodies,
3. Other
public supported programs,
4. High-volume
use meeting applicable criteria,
5. General
public (via customer e-portal).
