The community-use conference room serves as a dynamic space where County resources converge. Tailored for small meetings, impactful trainings, engaging seminars, support groups, yoga classes, and more, this space is aimed at community-focused initiatives.

Monday—Friday, 09:00 am to 05:00 pm *

Conference room details
  • Room occupancy: 30 Max
  • 6 conference tables and 12 office chairs available
  • 65’ inch TV with HDMI capabilities (HDMI Cable is not provided)
  • Additional chairs and tables may be available upon request (inquiries must be made 14 days before the event.)
Activity Restrictions
  • Private events such as birthday parties, weddings, receptions, etc. are prohibited.
  • Light snacks and beverages may be permitted upon request. A $50 security deposit may also be required.
  • First-time users of the Wheaton community use room should schedule an appointment to view the space and how to access it.
