The Silver Spring Civic Building at Veterans Plaza + Community Access Program = Community Use of Public Facilities!
As of July 1, Eric Rasch, SSCBVP Operations Manager, has been accepting Community Access Program applications, also known as CAP, for the fiscal year 2020. For those who have not heard, this popular program is open to all non-profit and community groups that are interested in using the Civic Building to add value to the Montgomery County community.
