Cancellations Without Penalty Due to Rising COVID Cases:
All community user groups who desire to cancel permitted dates of use at a public facility permitted by CUPF in Montgomery County may do so without any fee(s) being kept or added. CUPF will allow groups to cancel without any penalties whatsoever. Please submit a Reservation Amendment Form found on our ‘Resources’ page at our website. In order to avoid being charged a cancellation fee or cancellation penalties user groups must submit a Reservation Amendment form. If a group simply fails to show and or does not submit a formal Reservation Amendment Form, a refund will not be issued, and charges will remain for all hours of use.
Close-Contact Sports Games, Tournaments, Competitions:
Games, tournaments, competitions, or any other similar activities of close-contact sports such as basketball, wrestling, and others identified by the CDC are not currently allowed to occur in public facilities permitted by CUPF until further notice.
Practices are acceptable for participants who opt to participate. Groups with permits for games, tournaments, competitions, etc. may continue to use the permitted space for practices, or may cancel permitted times without penalty by submitting a Reservation Amendment Form found on our ‘Resources’ page at our website. In order to avoid being charged a cancellation fee or cancellation penalties user groups must submit a Reservation Amendment form. If a group simply fails to show and or does not submit a formal Reservation Amendment Form, a refund will not be issued, and charges will remain for all hours of use.
Masks Are Required:
Masks continue to be required for all participants and persons in attendance during use of all indoor public facilities.
No New Reservations Will Be Accepted:
At this time,
CUPF will no longer approve or accept reservation requests for public
facilities until further notice.
